✨Imagine If...
- You wake up on your child’s birthday and while you miss them you are full of peace you didn’t think would ever come
- You’re empowered to live your child’s legacy and how you carry yourself - the work you pursue & the choices you make are all reflective of the story you want told on your child’s behalf
- You think more about your child’s life than their death
- Your pain has led you into a deep and meaningful purpose you would have never had without it
- You always feel as if your baby is looking down from heaven at you with pride that you’re their Mom
- You’re not falling into destructive habits and behaviors
- You have fully processed your grief so you can fully live
- You’re no longer bound to the depth of the emotions you feel right now
Yes, that can be your reality, but you have to stop putting off your healing, stuffing down the emotions, pretending you're fine, and worrying about what other people think of your grief.
I'm here to help you grow through grief & experience the realities listed above!

Hey! It’s your girl, Jenny Morrow, you can also call me Jen if you like {I like both and you'll hear me use them interchangeably}. I’m a loss mom, just like you, and I’m here to help you grieve well so you can live well and thrive after loss.
Our son, Matthew, died shortly after his birth in December of 2017, due to multiple fetal anomalies not compatible with life. To this day we still don't have answers for why or how. Even after a myriad of tests that’s all the more official diagnosis we ever got.
We spent most of the following year struggle-bussing our way to another pregnancy (thanks secondary infertility) only to miscarry almost exactly a year after we lost Matthew.
2019 brought more of the same, struggling to get pregnant, frustration peaking, resentment building, feeling like I’d been pushed beyond my breaking point, and then some!
I couldn’t take the rollercoaster of hope and devastation each month anymore and finally scheduled an appointment with a fertility doctor because we either needed to get pregnant or be done trying.
Thankfully, we got the help we needed to conceive and our rainbow baby was born in June of 2020.
So, know that I’m with you in the pain that follows infant AND pregnancy loss. I’ve had more than my fair share of heartbreak, days with empty arms, sleepless nights full of deep grief, and I can relate to the frustrations of a fertility battle too.
I found my way through grief by learning from others (personal and professional) and tapping into healthy habits rather than self-sabotaging behaviors and have ultimately learned how to live a full and happy life following devastating loss.
More than anything I want you to know you’re not alone while helping you grieve well so you can live well after loss and carry on your child's legacy.
